Normal order processing takes about 1–2 business days; estimated shipping transit takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, weather and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Available tracking updates are sent to the checkout email. If a parcel is delayed, lost, marked delivered but missing, or damaged, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number and issue details. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging; we will review the case and coordinate any carrier inquiry.
