We accept returns of defective and non-defective goods and accept exchanges. Submit your request within 30 days after delivery. Eligible goods must be new and unused, in their original condition, with original packaging, tags and included accessories.
Non-defective return reasons include a change of mind, personal preference or choosing the wrong product. Damage, faults, an incorrect shipment, missing components or a material difference from the description can also be reported for return or exchange handling.
Before sending a return, contact us with the order number, checkout email and reason for the request. Damage, defects, incorrect shipments or missing parts also require photos or video of the goods and packaging. Never mail goods back without authorization.
Returns are made by mail. A free return label is included in the original package, and there is no restocking fee. Follow the approved return instructions and use the supplied label.
Exchanges depend on actual stock availability. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and processed within 10 days after approval. Your financial provider may need additional time to display the credit.
